Rise 2 Work provides job-driven, skills-based training that leads to meaningful employment for food stamps recipients. It is part of the voluntary NC Food and Nutrition Services Employment and Training Program (FNS E&T), intended to increase FNS recipients' skills, careers, and ultimately their families' financial well-being.
