The Catherine M. Wilson (formerly Kuralt) Center lobby is closing to customers Dec. 31, 2025.

The Catherine M. Wilson (formerly Kuralt) Center lobby, 301 Billingsley Road,  is closing to customers Dec. 31, 2025. Customers can continue to access services online through North Carolina ePASS or in person at a Mecklenburg County Community Resource Center.
